Caring and Comprehensive
Neuropsychological Evaluations for Children, Adolescents,
and Young Adults
Our service
provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for
children ages two through young adulthood. A
neuropsychological evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation
that identifies an individual’s cognitive strengths and
weaknesses and is designed to answer specific referral and
diagnostic questions such as learning disabilities,
giftedness, attention deficit disorder or social-emotional
functioning.
Dr. Cori A. Scalzo
is the Founder and Director of Cognitive Assessment
Services, Inc. She has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and a
specialty in pediatric neuropsychology. Her practice is
devoted exclusively to helping parents and
children understand individual patterns of learning and
thinking and ascertaining which settings, services, and
approaches are best for a particular child.
Dr. Scalzo is known and utilized for her unique combination
of precision and competence with neuropsychological data,
for her playful, kind demeanor, and for her ability to
present the data in a manner that can be readily used by
teachers, pediatricians, therapists, and the children
themselves. |
